1. Data controller

2. Data collected

• Quote or contact request: name or company name, email address, phone number, requested service, project description and, if you choose, an attached document (specifications, mock-ups…).
• Newsletter: email address and sign-up page.
• Technical security data: an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, as well as the browser type, used solely to prevent spam and abuse. Your IP address is never stored in clear text.
• Newsletter in your browser: if you subscribe or close the sign-up window, this choice is stored only in your browser (local storage), so that it is no longer offered to you, and is never sent to our servers. The website’s language depends only on the page address (/en, /ar): no preference is stored.
• Audience measurement, with your consent: Google Analytics records the pages viewed, where visits come from, the device type, the approximate city and form submissions, linked to a random identifier (cookie). Never your name, email or phone number. Without consent, only anonymous, aggregated statistics without cookies are produced by our host.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Studying your project, preparing a quote and getting back to you (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
• Following up your request commercially in our internal management tool (CRM).
• Sending you our newsletter (your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time).
• Measuring the website’s audience and the effectiveness of our pages (your consent, which can be changed at any time with the “Manage cookies” link).
• Securing the website and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the eVisibility team. It may be processed by our technical providers (website and form hosting, email, audience measurement with your consent) strictly within the limits of their tasks. eVisibility does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers outside Morocco

Some technical providers (Cloudflare for website delivery, Hostinger for forms, Google for audience measurement) are located outside Morocco. These transfers are limited to the operation of the service and covered by these providers’ contractual safeguards.

6. Retention period

• Quote requests and attachments: up to 3 years after our last contact, or until you request deletion.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics cookies for 13 months at most; your cookie choice for 6 months.
• Anti-abuse technical data: 24 hours for rate-limiting counters, then automatic deletion.

7. Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Requests and attachments are stored in an area that cannot be accessed from the Internet and in our sales management tool (CRM), and can only be consulted by the authorised team after authentication. Uploaded files are checked (format and content) and renamed randomly.

8. Your rights (law no. 09-08)

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@evisibility.ma: we will reply as soon as possible. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
